Villa Koutsakis in Kali Limenes was an incredible experience. the hosts, Eleni and Christos, were hospitable and attentive. the villa is situated right on a beautiful and serene beach, away from the touristy areas. the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the meals served on the terrace were delicious. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the location and the stunning views. Eleni and Christos went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.

The hosts were super chill and made sure we had a blast. The beach was the perfect spot to throw down and have a wild time. The clear water was so refreshing, and we even found a secret spot for epic cliff jumping. And let's not forget the party boat trip they organized for us - non-stop music, dancing, and good vibes. Best vacation ever!
If there's one thing we'd ask for, it would be a bigger bonfire pit on the beach. We were ready to get our marshmallow game on, but the tiny pit couldn't handle our wild energy.

Villa Koutsakis was a fantastic value for the money, with clean and spacious rooms. The location was breathtaking, overlooking a secluded volcanic beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

We fell in love with the place and with the hosts, Eleni and Christos. The villa stands at the end of a dust road, far from the buzz of more touristy places. The house towers over a beautiful, almost completely deserted beach; if you are looking for a quiet place to relax, you will love your stay. Christos is a great chef and an equally excellent DJ. His selection of music, a balm for the soul, is served unintrusively on small terraces and in the eating area. The landlady Eleni is a bionic woman, she manages to clean, cook and entertain the guests. She will cook for you delicate traditional dishes for dinner, if you ask her, or organise a boat trip along the coast. There are also cannoes available for rent in the house.
We can just recommend this hotel.
